We are taking the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) very seriously: please see below a few points that we are implementing to ensure you have a safe and pleasant stay with us. 

As we have always done, each guest room is cleaned before arrival from top to bottom. All common areas, guest rooms, bathrooms, bedding, floors and kitchen are all thoroughly cleaned daily to the highest standards.

In addition to our routine daily cleaning, we have implemented extra measures to keep our guests and employees as safe as we possibly can.
• Daily cleaning of all outdoor common areas early morning and early evening with approved disinfectants.
• Hand sanitizer will be available in all common areas
• Disinfecting common surface areas twice daily mornings and evenings (e.g., countertops, outdoor lounge chairs and tables, guest bathroom, light switches, door knobs, etc.)

UPON ARRIVAL: Temperature will be checked for all guests and staff upon entry to the hotel using a no-contact infrared thermometer. All guests and staff must then wash their hands and/or use the sanitizer provided by the hotel.

WHILE ON PROPERTY: Guests must always wear masks while walking around in public areas (masks can be removed while sitting and lounging). Staff will at all times wear masks and gloves. At no time may staff be in the rooms while guests are also there.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: We ask that you respect the social distancing guidelines of 6 feet or more with staff and other guests. We will be happy to serve your breakfast on your private terrace as well as snacks and cocktails during the day. The common areas at Tribal are well separated and are all outdoors, which vastly minimizes any risks of contamination.
